Cancellation policy When you book a dental appointment, surgery time and staff are allocated especially for you.
Out of courtesy we kindly request that you give at least two working days notice to cancel any appointments, as this will allow us time to offer the space to someone else.
As we are a small family business any late cancellations or no-shows affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Failed appointments or those cancelled at very short notice (within 24 hrs) may be charged a fee totalling the full cost of treatment for that session.
