  3. Give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, in order to avoid a charge.
  4. Pay for treatment as and when requested: We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
  5. Tell us about any concerns that you may have with any aspect of your treatment so that we can respond efficiently to resolve any problems.
  6. Kindly recommend us to others if you are happy with the service we provide. We would be delighted to welcome your colleagues, friends and family.

Patient Satisfaction

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your care and treatment. If you are not satisfied with the care or service provided at the practice please talk to our Practice Manager, who will deal with the complaint according to the practice's complaints policy.
